Many Dealers are realizing the value of the exposure created by providing personalized apparel to their customers. Apart from selling as regular retail items to boost store recognition, these items can also be included as incentives along with larger in-store purchases, used for Sponsorship, as sales promotion or Race events. If your Store has a Club or a Race team, you will find that many of your regular customers will be eager to support your house brand.
The cost will vary depending on the volume purchased and the degree of design applications. As a rule, if you follow our minimum order quantities, the products can cost 5% to 8% less than a similar item from our wholesale price list.
There is an extra one time fee of $200.00 which covers the set-up and application of Custom Logos. This is for the custom Die which can be used on future orders. This Die remains with the manufacturer and cannot be purchased by the customer. As long as there are no changes to this design, the Die can be used on all future orders at no extra cost. There are variables affecting the final price. The above info is a general reference only.
For all Glove products, the minimum quantity is 100 pairs per order. This can be split 50/50 between two styles, two colors and varied sizes. For Apparel, the minimum quantity is 60 pieces of one item in varied sizes per order.
We can only guarantee the initial quality of the fabrication, i.e. stitching, material, color consistency. If there are irregularities with a custom order they must be brought to our attention immediately. If there are problems with your order we can determine what compensation is necessary after viewing the goods. We will not warranty custom labeled products or take returns of unsold custom merchandise.
Logos must be supplied as a minimum 300dpi JPEG image. The better the image, the better the finished product. Preferably your logo should be created on a Vector based program. Drawings with descriptions of requirements of design are acceptable, but extra charges for design will be incurred. You may supply your own Header card design or have us design it for you. Don't have a Logo? Tap into your list of clientele, club members etc, invariably someone will jump at the opportunity to design something that reflects your Club or Store. Or post a notice for a design contest offering free swag for the winning design.
For applications of Custom logos to any of our products in our Impac™ current brochure, it normally takes 6 – 10 weeks from order to receipt of goods. Custom Samples: If you have a product that you would like to have your Custom logo applied to, you may send a sample to our office stating your requirements. We will advise you if we can produce it and of the price per unit. The above minimums will still apply. Please be aware that extra time is required in these cases. Plan on approximately 12 weeks to receive your finished order.
A finished sample will be produced and issued to you for your final inspection and approval. Upon your confirmation a non-refundable advance of 50% (plus GST) is required to commence production of the order. The balance of 50% plus G.S.T.& shipping (F.O.B. Vancouver) is due upon receipt (C.O.D.). We cannot accept returns of Custom Logo merchandise. Your agreement to these terms must be signed on our application copy and forwarded to us before commencement of the order.
